Refunds

In general, we charge 50% of the booking amount as an advance payment to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% is payable at the time of check-in. There are a few exceptions to this rule, mentioned below –
1. Group bookings – Any booking of 3 or more than 3 rooms for one night is considered a group booking. We charge 100% of the booking amount as an advance payment to confirm your booking.
2. Long Stay bookings – Any booking of 14 days or more will be counted as a Long Stay booking and will require a 100% booking advance.
3. Non-refundable bookings – Sometimes, we offer a discounted rate to certain groups as a non-refundable rate. In case of a non-refundable booking, the entire amount will have to be paid in advance.

All cancellations, if informed 14 days prior to the check-in date, shall be eligible for a 100% refund. In case cancellations happen within 14 days of the check-in date, there would not be ANY refund and will attract 100% cancellation charges. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Refund Turn Around Time – Any Refund, if approved, will be processed within 7 Business Days of your request and should reflect in your account within 10 Business Days of your refund request.

In case of any extraneous circumstances, we might offer a credit note to you for the amount paid, which will be valid for a period of at most 3 months from the date of check-in.

Once we receive your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
